Avison Young 已在佛罗里达州日出的 Sawgrass International Corporate Park 安排了一系列办公室租赁续约和扩建。Performant Financial Corp.、Federated National Holding Co. 和 Harris Corp. 签署了总面积约 185,000 平方英尺的协议。

Federated Holding Co. 是一家保险承保、分销和索赔处理公司，扩大了目前位于 Sawgrass Commerce Center A(位于 13800 NW 14 th St.总面积为 64,727 平方英尺。世邦魏理仕高级副总裁 Zach Wendelin 协助租户进行谈判。

随着 8,456 平方英尺的租赁扩展，通信技术公司 Harris Corp. 现在在位于 1000 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway 的 Sawgrass Pointe I 占地 28,176 平方英尺。仲量联行高级副总裁 Sandra Anderson 代表租户促成了交易。

“Sunrise 的租赁交易表明租户寻求在布劳沃德县郊区扩张的趋势，这些地区以可承受的租赁价格提供充足的便利设施，”马丁在准备好的评论中说。
